The MUREM library is a specialized center for research on ethnic clothing, museology and Latin American themes.
In addition to having books on the clothing and community traditions of Mexico, its collection covers a range of topics from history, art and geography to other more specific topics such as Mayan culture and traditional medicine.
We include texts in Spanish and English as well as some books in other languages such as German and Italian.
The library also offers a collection of magazines specializing in museology, history, anthropology, art and archaeology.
To preserve the collection, consultation of the books is only in the library and loans are not permitted.
Hours: Sunday from 10:00-16:00 or by appointment.
